For those of you who know me, you're probably wondering what took me so long to do fanart from the Dark Knight. For those of you who don't, uh...suprise?
A little bit of explaining is due for this. After I watched Dark Night, I wanted to compare that Joker to the one of the Batman animated series, which I hadn't seen since I was a kid. Re-watching some episodes, I realised that I liked both Jokers, but they were very different characters. An image popped into my head of what it would look like if I combined the characteristics that I liked from each into one character, hence this picture.

(the cigarette is a reference to 'Mask of the Phantasm', where the Joker was smoking in some flashbacks)
